Studland Sauna Hut

Relax, Restore and Revive

When it comes to making you feel great, nothing beats a gorgeous hot sauna particularly after a swim in the Dorset sea. For thousands of years, Scandinavian countries have used the sauna as a social and medicinal experience – a place for the body and the mind to relax.

As you sit in the hot sauna, your blood vessels relax and dilate and the blood flow increases. This can help reduce tension in the joints and relieve sore muscles. Research suggests that regular saunas might also help those with chronic pain and arthritis, providing comfort and relief.  The process of sweating can also help to remove toxins from the body.

The sauna is open every Wednesday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday throughout the year. Booking is recommended, so please call us on 07890 581396 or info@studlandwatersports.co.uk

We will also be open on special occasions including Winter Solstice. . Christmas Eve and Boxing Day.
