Here at Studland Sauna Hut we aim to provide a relaxing and safe environment for all.  To ensure that you have an enjoyable and safe experience, please ensure that you have read and understood the rules of using the saunas, as listed below.:

  • The saunas are suitable for ages 16 and over only 
  • Saunas are not recommended if you are pregnant, have high blood pressure or a heart condition. Please consult your GP before use if you have any concerns.
  • No alcohol
  • No nudity 
  • No smoking or vaping
  • No glassware in sauna 
  • Please remove hanging jewellery 
  • No outside/wet shoes 
  • Sit on towels when on the benches 
  • Max. 20 min sessions at a time 
  • Feet must be washed before entering 

When enjoying the sauna, please ensure the following:

  • One person at a time to enter/exit the sauna Please use the handrail and step. 
  • Feet to be washed before entering
  • Keep the door/exit clear to allow for safe entry/exit
  • Floor may be slippery when wet
  • Avoid contact with stove/stove surfaces 
  • Benches, walls and floor can be hot (and the stove is VERY HOT)
  • Contact lenses and glasses may be affected by the heat

We reserve the right to refuse entry or cut short or cancel sessions where we have concerns about risky behaviour or if any of these rules are not followed.
